About Grounded Impact -

Founder and Social Impact Consultant Imani Pardue-Bishop is a leader dedicated to promoting equity and shared leadership that empowers community members to lead their own empowerment journeys. With a background in program management and social services, Imani specializes in strategic planning and community engagement. Her community background includes education, youth empowerment, advocacy for developmentally disabled communities, and cultural and community stabilization. 

Grounded Impact LLC began as a vision to create a consulting practice rooted in collaboration, equity, and asset-based approaches. While currently led by its founder, the firm partners with independent contractors and subject-matter experts—bringing together the right skills and perspectives to meet each client’s unique goals.
